Shipping:
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearance on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Should there be any delays, we will notify you via email promptly.
- All orders are shipped via Royal Mail's 24hr tracked service, with an expected delivery window of 1-2 business days.
- Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your purchase, as items will be shipped to the address provided.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 4-5 business days after receipt of the returned item.
Product Returns:
Simba Vapes offers a 7-day return policy. If you decide to keep your items, shipping is complimentary. For returns, a £4.50 administrative and packaging fee will be deducted from your refund or before issuing a replacement.
- Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and with intact seals. Items that have been opened or have broken seals (unless defective) will not qualify for a refund.
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee refunds for items lost in transit, and refunds are contingent upon the successful receipt of returned products.
